Why we built this and the story so far

If you've ever had a dispute with a big corporation in India—like a bank that suddenly blocked your account, an builder who delayed handing over your flat keys, or an insurance company that rejected a genuine claim—you know exactly how frustrating and exhausting it is.
You file a case, hire a lawyer, and then... you wait. Months turn into years, and you have absolutely zero idea about what your actual chances of winning are. It feels like fighting a giant in a dark room.
The Spark: Why I Started This Portal
I wanted to change that. I wanted to build a database that gives power back to the average Indian consumer.
By programmatically reverse-engineering public microservices from the Indian consumer court system, I extracted thousands of case judgments, cleaned up corporate names, and calculated court results.
Now, instead of going into a legal battle blindly, you can look up any major builder, bank, or insurance firm in our directory, check their win rate, and see if they are worth fighting in court.
What Makes Us Different?
Unlike other portals, we don't compile dry legal texts. Here is what we stand for:
- 100% Open Data: All data is extracted directly from official consumer court judgments.
- No AI Jargon: We write in simple, everyday words. We want our stats to be understood by everyone, not just lawyers.
- Clean Portfolios: We normalize variations (like mapping *"LIC OF INDIA"* and *"LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION"* to a single page) so you get accurate, consolidated statistics.
